I hate garage sales. Our neighborhood garage sale is today. I wasn’t planning on participating, but I have a sick kid, so I’ve found myself home today. My next door neighbors are having a huge sale, so I decided to piggyback on all their hard work putting up signs, and toss some stuff outside to get rid of it. It’s been two hours. It’s 85 degrees out here, my sick kid is hollering from couch every time he pukes because he’s absolutely miserable, and nobody wants my shit. I’m already giving things away to kids who ask about them. “It was $2 but please just take it!” I’m sure the parents are thrilled. I’m giving it 10 more minutes before I load everything up to donate. #thisisnotmyjam
