Glutton for Punishment...

Hey, exercise people: I’m new to this. I took an hour-long Barre+ class yesterday and I’m feeling it today! What do I do? Do I work-out again today? Rest? Take a dozen Tylenol? Drink water? Rum? Consider myself fit and never do this again? What’s my next step here?  #exercisenewbie #ouchouchouch #helpme
